***THIS EVENT IS A NONPROFIT FUNDRAISER.... NO REFUNDS GIVEN***

The only way a refund will be given is if the event is cancelled by Hardship Heroes Nonprofit Organization

If under extreme circumstances the event is rescheduled tickets will still be honored and no refunds will be given.

All vendors will be approved for this event as long as it is family friendly! ALL HANDMADE CRAFTERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. MLM'S will be taken on first come first serve basis and we will only have one person from each company attend.

There is nothing like this on the MOUNTAIN and we are excited to bring this Festival Right into our backyard! There will be food trucks, vendors, and fun activities for kids! Color Run Festival

Penn Forest Township Recreational Park

June 23rd

11:00am-4:00pm

Arrival time and set up starts at 9:30am

All vendors must be completed setting up their space no later than 11am

We would like all vendors to stay until end time at 4:00pm.

We also want to leave the park exactly as we found it!

Please note

This event is for everyone! There is an abundance of space for all vendors applying! We want to make this FESTIVAL one to remember! So bring your goods and start selling!

ALL HANDMADE CRAFTERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. MLM'S will be taken on first come first serve basis and we will only have one person from each company attend.

This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given.

Spaces are set for up to 10x10 canopy. These spaces are $20 each

Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, displays, and canopy.  All outdoor canopies must be weighted for safety.

THIS LOCATION IS KNOWN FOR BEING WINDY! PLEASE COME PREPARED

Each crafter is at his or her own risk and is encouraged to carry appropriate insurance. Neither Hardship Heroes nor Penn Forest Township Recreational Park are responsible for damage, theft, or loss of an individual’s property.

The grounds of the park should be left exactly how it was when you arrived. Please do not leave your trash behind, any crafter who does will not be approved for future events.
